How do I send PM to members? Or has it changed?

Two ways to send a PM that I see. First click on the name of a user you see in a thread and then click on the "Start Conversation" button.

Second way I noticed is to click on the envelope icon next to your user name in the top-right part of the forum screen.

I just did the first method to see how it worked.
