Photo art printing service needed

I'm in SoCal. I'm looking for a photo art printing company (as opposed to poster printing). Image size 16"x24", black and white, borderless, foam core mounting. Just one print.

Anybody heard of Miller's Professional Imaging.

Again, I don't know anything about them, but they appear to fit the bill.

I can't remember who I used to print the few images I have, but I have seen Nations get recommended a couple times on here as well as Coscto. Maybe somebody with experience with them will help out.

I get my printing done at Shutterfly, but I've never printed anything more than 8X10 and never had anything framed by them.

I've heard really good things about Millers although I haven't used them myself. People who do a lot of volume team photos recommend them and say they use photo paper rather than poster paper.
