Groove-billed Ani, There was a pair at thae lake last year and they came back again. These are were a real treat to watch , very pleasant, good vibes.

This last pic is one of the trails around lk apopka which folks bird on , so you can see what its like , bright , swampy , open . Theyve connected some of the parts which cyclists use a bit , theres a part for driving cars ,and there's portions which dont get frequented much. Its really a great area with some different vegetation ,and relatively a large number of species.

This goose is a pretty nifty bird to see where I am , I screwed up by not getting out of the car , it was in the road and when it took off it came right by me perfect ! View attachment 239909.. but I was a fraction late getting a lock on it.

I've got only one more weekend to finish out my full year.
